My Belief About Birth
As a certified holistic birth doula, I believe that birth is a natural physiological process and not innately a medical emergency that needs to be medically managed. As a birth keeper, I encourage women to connect with and truly trust in their body's ability to birth while being in communion with Holy Spirit.

The Eden's Nurturary Experience
Eden's Nurturary is a nurturing sanctuary for pregnant women where my priority is to wholistically nurture your heart, soul, and spirit while also nourishing your physical being as you navigate your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum periods.
You can experience joy in pregnancy and childbirth as God originally intended. You do not have to surrender to fear of any kind. As a woman, you can be confident in your ability to bring forth life as God so intricately designed your body to do. Together, we can redeem birth!
As your birth keeper, I become a member of your tribe and help you to cultivate your village of support. I help you find answers to your questions and provide guidance using evidenced-based information and education regarding your options so that you can feel empowered and autonomous in making the best decision(s) for you and your baby.
I extend to you the compassionate love and acceptance that God has shown me. I will support you in advocating for the birth that you desire and help to protect your sacred birthing space and experience.

Nutrition Support
I encourage nutritional wellness during this crucial time. Your body is the temple for the Holy Spirit living within you, and now, also a sanctuary for your growing miracle(s). Proper hydration and consistent intake of wholesome foods is not only important in nourishing yourself, but also in sustaining your body's ability to nurture your developing baby.
Pregnancy Care
I celebrate you and the uniqueness of your birthing experience. You are free to be raw, emotional...authentic. Our relationship is a space for you to process feelings and emotions in safety without judgement. Care for your heart during this time is as equally important as physical nourishment. You do not have to have a fear or anxiety based birth journey. Mama, you can experience peace as you receive nurturing that is rooted in Biblical principles and unconditional love.
Decreased Interventions
A lot of fear-based information about birth exists. Being informed is wise; however, it is equally important to remember that birth is natural. Doula support helps decrease the number of medical interventions used by informing you of your options prior to and during your birth. Less interventions equates to decreased health risks for mama and baby!
Nurturing the Mother
Mama how are you? As your birth keeper, you will be reminded of the beautiful woman God created you to be while on your journey to motherhood. This also includes curated ways that I provide personal and spiritual nurturance for you. Remember, you are fiercely strong, courageous, and worthy mama!
Comfort
You will receive consistent emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort throughout your pregnancy and delivery. It can include spoken Word, positioning, counterpressure, soothing touch, and more.
Postpartum Care
As healing begins, continued nourishment is necessary. I partner with you to ensure that you are nurturing yourself through this transition once you are settled. Spiritual, physical, emotional, and informational support is offered as you and your family learn your new baby.
