As a holistic and Christ-centered fertility coach, I help couples understand that their bodies are not broken, for they are intricately designed by God. I believe that the Father structured into the body's architecture the unique ability to heal itself with proper nourishment from the bounty of food and herbs that He has gifted to us on this earth.

I remember crying to myself while asking God this same question along our journey, and struggling to find the answers.
A salient moment in my work came as I sat in the car with a client preparing to accompany her to a fertility appointment when a couple walked out of the clinic visibly distraught and palpably in excruciating emotional pain. I watched as the woman slowly reclined her passenger seat while burying her face in her hands. She sobbed. My eyes welled with tears as I observed her incessant crying, and her partner struggle to gather himself long enough to pull out of the parking lot. The Lord reminded me of why I do this work. You matter. Your journey matters. Your victory matters!

As a fertility health coach, I offer a holistic approach to addressing fertility challenges. I extensively explore all elements of my client's health and well-being to identify potential barriers and unearth root causes of fertility struggles. This may include cycle charting, labs, hair tissue mineral analysis (HTMA), referrals to specialists, taking a second look at previous lab results, and other assessments. As a Christ-led practice, I also address spiritual and faith challenges through a biblical perspective.

"Your husband has azoospermia [insert puzzled faces]...he doesn't have any sperm... [insert eyes welling with obvious tears]. Don't cry, its not that bad..." Beyond that point Dr. B's words became inaudible as I began drowning beneath wave after wave of unimaginable grief.
There were no words for the surge of shock and pain I felt that day as we sat in Dr. B's cold, stale exam room. Cold and stale... just like the delivery of the diagnosis he labeled my husband with. Never, ever, did I imagine that our journey to become parents would begin like this; yet, God has been so gracious to us.
